TITLE: Teaching Assistant - Academy C Automotive/Diesel
REPORTS TO: Academy Administrator, Department Head, Teacher
REQUIREMENTS: High School graduate; automotive or diesel experience and working with teens preferred
WORK YEAR: School Year - 185 days
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep records.
- Attend meetings.
- Observe and report information observed.
- Disseminate information to individuals, parents, groups relating to the specific program purposes, functions, and goals.
- Prepare instructional materials and supplies for use.
- Assist in the supervision of pupils.
- Assist with grading and marking papers.
- Tutor pupils as directed.
- Participates in staff and faculty meetings.
- Participates in evaluation process.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the teacher.
